About LysoSensor Yellow/Blue pH3.0
LysoSensor Yellow/Blue is a ratiometric probe that measures the pH of acidic lysosomes and endosomes. The pKa of LysoSensor Yellow/Blue DND-160 is ~4.2. Because of its unique spectral characteristics in that both the excitation and emission profiles change, this probe is used primarily in live-cell imaging.
