About iFluor 800

iFluor® 800 from AAT Bioquest is a fluorophore with an excitation peak at 800 nm and an emission peak at 818 nm. It can be useful in fluorescence and in vivo fluorescence microscopy. It may also be useful in flow cytometry when excited by a 785 or 808 nm laser.
